If you have an iPhone, iPod, or iPad, you are likely familiar with the “Do Not Disturb” option to turn off notifications. You can do the same thing with notifications on the Mac.
- Open the Notification Center by sliding your fingers on the mouse or track pad from right to left.
- Pull down the Do Not Disturb menu by sliding down on the mouse or trackpad with two fingers.
- Turn on Do Not Disturb. It will turn off on the next day automatically.
