Creating an email signature in Mail for Mac OS X is pretty simple. This will keep you from having to type information repetitively in emails.
- Open Mail and open Preferences.
- Select the Signature box. Then select the email account on which to use the signature. Then click the plus sign to add the signature.
3. Create your email signature. You can right click (or two fingers on the trackpad) to open options for formatting the text.
